Data collected
When you use the contact form, your name, company, email address and the content of your message are collected.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, consider a potential engagement and maintain related communications. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and any pre-contractual steps you request.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If no professional relationship begins, it will be deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires it to be retained.
Recipients
Your data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Essential hosting and email providers may process it only to deliver those services.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ignacio@tunedtoperform.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Security and automated decisions
Reasonable measures are applied to protect the information received. The form data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
Guided assistant
The website assistant runs locally in your browser and does not send or store your selected answers. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, you will move to an external service governed by its own privacy terms.
External services
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. In doing so, the browser may communicate technical data, such as the IP address, to the service provider. Voucher purchases are processed by Stripe and messaging contact by WhatsApp; each service applies its own privacy policy. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
